PURE OAK Antique Project
I traded this piece from a Lady few months ago, this Pure Oak five drawers chest belonged to her dad and was in original condition!
My heart melted with this antique chest!
I sanded very well and didn't need any repair!
I kept the top to show the amazing Oak's purity....
The original hardware, incredible in perfect condition, I washed very well and polished
On the back found the label "Factory No. 2" Larkin Co. Buffalo, NY and I knew its origin, therefore I knew how special this piece is...
I prepared my own chalk paint recipe from Benjamin Moore left over can, in a beautiful Country Blue
Turned out beautifully, authentic, majestic....

Take a look!!
Since I moved to Massachusetts one year ago.... I have my booths at two different stores:
"Oh My Gosh" Antiques & Collectibles at The Cider Mill - Sterling - Mass
"White Home Collections" Wilton - New Hampshire
Still have a lot to learn about the market here, very different than Virginia...
Fascinating hunting for old pieces of furniture....
Great finds.....
New painting techniques....
Many projects.... and ....the most important...
Great People....
Take a look!!
Hope you fall in love with it... Thankful,

Decorating with Vintage Horses
It is trendy to choose a Horse as a piece of decoration?
If we look back in time, and if we take a look around today, I should say YES !
Has been used as a traditional piece, but today you find them everywhere...
During my delicate task of hunting, these little guys crossed my path...
Old Toys, Solid Wood, Beautiful Lines...
Old Times...
They were in need of love and care...
That's what I gave them!
Now you have a "Trendy Piece of Decoration"
Now you have a Vintage Horse that looks awesome at your home!!
Hope you fall in love with it... Thankful,
Jacqueline

HOME OWNERS
Has been an exciting and very emotive time of my life!
My husband and I bought a house here in Ashby, Massachusetts!
We are so proud, very very happy!
We are enjoying our new home very much with our son and all the snow is up here!
We moved the day before Christmas! yes CRAZY! My son had little time to hang the ornaments on the beautiful Christmas Tree the formers home owners left set up for us, lovely detail!
It is a country farm house and has all we were dreaming for a long time and more...
Crossing the street is a huge lake ... a reservoir .... all surrounded by forest... just beautiful!
In a few days I'm planning come back to work on my furniture. I have plenty space to set up my workshop and start moving brushes, sand papers and tools!!!
Here is some pictures of our home...
Hope you fall in love with it... Thankful,
Jacqueline
